Impaired function of skeletal joints can dramatically reduce joint flexion, movement and mobility. Cats with joint problems will generally not limp like a dog and recognising joint disease can be difficult. Behavioural changes are a good indicator of severe pain. Hip dysplasia is very common in cats and will often be a significant cause of pain and decreased mobility with age.
Symptoms to look for include:
- Decreased appetite.
- Poor grooming and matted hair coat.
- Urinating and defecating outside the litter box.
- Reluctance to walk or jump & reduced movement.

Claire B. Honestly, Stride Plus Feline has been a game changer for our senior FIV+ cat.
For the past couple of years he's been getting Solencia injections for his arthritis, but over time the effect of this has waned a bit. Stride Plus Feline was recommended to us last year by our vet (as an addition to the Solencia) and the results have been fantastic.
It has given him back that pep in his step, and his mobility has increased. He is far happier and more comfortable in himself, and it's brilliant to see him so well.
I've recommended it to a couple of people who are trying it out now too, and, like ourselves, they're very happy with the results. Thank you TRM!
